Had a pizza delivered from Marcos. All of my prior deliveries were just fine. This one was terrible. First, the scheduled delivery came 20 minutes earlier than we had asked for. Second, the pizza toppings had slid off the side of the pizza as if someone had carried it vertically. Lastly, there were toppings on the pizza that we didn't request. I've complained to Marco's Pizza, we'll see what happens.
No mushrooms, means NO MUSHROOMS! People have food allergies if you didn't know that, the throat will swell up, and you'll stop breathing. Never will I order anything from you again. This is the second time it's happened. P.S. learn how to cut a pizza. There was no one slice the same size. It's a shame, your restaurant is right down the road, but my money will be spent else where!
I've been a customer with Marcos Pizza since the first day they opened. We've had our problems in the past but we worked it out. I called and spoke to the manager about my pizza being too salty, and he more or less called me a liar! So much for loyalty and good patronage. I guess they can afford to lose a good customer.

Ordered a pie from them the other night for delivery. Let me start by saying that being a native Chicagoan, their pizza is in the top 5 I've had in my life(I HIGHLY recommend the Deluxe Uno). Then it was delivered quicker than expected, especially considering it was at peak time. The delivery guy was very courteous (drives a white Crown Vic, didn't catch his name) and even though I'm smart enough to realize I wasn't the only delivery he had, he made me feel like I was. I tip my hat to the Marco's team, and now have them on speed dial!
