The servings go in the freezer and I'm going to be sure to use them at least once a month! They also do larger family sized entrees...but for my purposes...What a fantastic way to help elders stay in their homes!

I was trying to find a way to get some additional meals delivered to my elderly mother and a FB Group friend suggested CC Casseroles. But -- I had rules A) Had to be single servings B) Had to be microwavable C) Had to be made with top ingredients, D) had to be delivered and most of all - my pipe dream - it would be D) Made locally with some real heart.
CC Casseroles delivered! In individual servings they had two options (hopefully more as they grow) which change each month. They delivered and were super simple for Mom to Microwave. Best of all...the woman who delivered per Mom "Was just lovely!"
