My biggest complaint is that delivery from this location regularly take 45+ minutes to deliver a cold sandwich that requires zero cooking. I can order a pizza that gets delivered more quickly and it requires actual baking time. Freaky fast? More like really freaking slow.
They are very inconsistent with their quality. And when their quality is bad it’s really bad. They cannot tell the difference between cooked bacon and uncooked bacon. The tuna sandwich I just got was thinner than a piece of ham, the bread was hard and they piled it high with nasty tasting lettuce. So I basically got a lettuce sandwich with a very small amount of tuna. However when they do things right it’s great.
The unwich is the best great and fast delivery service never had a problem with any thing
Yea, they're slow. I'm about a mile away (5 min) and it takes them about 40 minutes to deliver, even during slow times. But the subs are good.
I've never had an issue with the food and when I did I called and it corrected immediately. My only issue is I always wait 60-90 minutes for my food for delivery. No matter the time. However the staff is excellent, drivers wonderful, always to me at least. So that's everything to me. 4 stars
