I received the best customer service with Flynn in the lumber department today. He helped both my dad and I find the right piece of wood for our project. He did a fantastic job cutting the board to size and was the best experience I've ever had here at Home Depot. This guy deserves a raise, and took very good care to ensure that we got just what we needed. A+ service, keep it up!

Unfortunate that no one at the store understands the PayPal functionality at checkout. Home Depot store managers need to have their team trained on this. Two steps is all it takes. From a computer access your PayPal account. Here are the steps. The first is set up a phone number, and the second step is to set up a four digit code on your PayPal account. Once those two items are completed you simply use that phone number followed by your 4 digit code to access your PayPal account and purchase the item at the checkout lanes at Home Depot.
