Sure didn't take long for the customer service to turn to garbage at this clunker of a store. Last visit it took 40 minutes to get lunch meat finally got it get to make a sandwich and the rind was still on the salami. Went to complain could not get a manager to the service desk and had to fill out a comment card to "get the managers to notice". Your store has lost my business and I will drive the extra 3 miles to go somewhere else.

The first few days they had good sales especially if you opened a charge card. I went back another day to use my charge card and Dan C would not allow me to use the charge card claiming I did not have a valid ID. He was acting irate and I had to lave a cart ful of groceries because of his incompetance. The cashier Dawn was slow and stupid like many of the cashiers there. I know the company gets a kick back for hiring disabled people but half the people there are dysfunctional. Today it took me an hour to check out. The people there really need to get their act together and hire employees that are not brainless. I bought a TV and bought insurance on it. The TV broke a year later went to send it for repair. The repair service sent it back claiming it was fixed and it was not this store is a complete rip off selling defective merchandise . I will never shop there again.
That is what happens when you hire people from the ghetto. Very rude, no experience what so ever. This place use to be super nice when it opened.
Very good cust service...if something is not correct or the way u want it....just ask! They can't fix it if they don't know it's wrong!

There is a wide variety of items to choose from however the layout can be confusing at times and the store is so large that a trip that could take 5 minutes is doubled. The hot ready to eat items are lackluster however they do have the appeal of a Starbucks inside the store and many different types of items such as surprising like high quality clothing a home goods. Meijer is like a bougie version of Walmart with similar prices.
Go back to your ghetto and leave our town
Great rewards for buying stuff u were gonna get anyway...only thing they don't do is 'price match'....but they are very fairly priced like on a scale of Pick to Woodmans... They are somewhere in between...
