Top notch service department! I was treated very well and the service was done quickly and efficiently. Their prices on oil changes are half the price of a life place..... surprising huh? They will now get all of my business for my 2014 Outback.
Called with a specific criteria of what we we're looking for and was told to stop in because he had some to show us. Told them we were going to have to drive 35 minutes there... he proceeded to say "no worries we have some in your criteria that I can show you when you get here". Well when we arrived the salesman on the phone wasn't available so another salesman who had no idea what we we're looking for tried taking us into something that didn't fit our criteria showing no interest in what we wanted . We walked around and came to the conclusion that they had nothing that fit our needs. Feeling let down....
Poor customer service and the overall experience was ridiculous. Will never be going back here, will be going to the Subaru dealership in Mequon from now on. The employees should really care more about their customers and not have an attitude or be rude when talking to a customer. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.

We had been on the hunt for a car for roughly a month, and visited almost every dealer in the area, trying to find a fit for us. Once we did, we spoke to Corey, and he made the process very easy and comfortable, while giving us a deal that we couldn't pass.
Awesome staff. Mike Frank was great to work with. No heavy pressure. Always nice to talk to someone driving the product that they sell. Will buy there again when I need next car. They worked with me while I worked through the VW buyback and held my 2017 Outback while we waited for money to clear bank.
