They sold me a used Yukon Denali. The salesman was super cheesy and told me it was a $100,000 brand new, (Which is a total lie – Maybe $60,000 tops) he then told me his commissions where only $100 on the vehicle and when I asked him where the floor mats where he said he would take the $100 he would make on the sale and buy me new mats. Later that night he told me he bought $94 floor mats. From the start I should of known this dealership is full of lies but I purchased the truck anyways because I liked it. Shame on me….
I took it back to the dealership because it’s against the law the lie about the safety inspection and check off that the suspension and brakes are safe while they are not. When I took it back they offered to pay for half of the repairs. Why should I have to pay for ½ of the repairs when they sold it to me broken? Before any car is sold all these safely issues need to be addressed and fixed and mine was not. After more digging the dealership even knew about the repairs needed but never told me and sold me the vehicle knowing that these repairs were needed. All this dealership wanted to do is make a buck, hope I didn’t catch them in their lie and wash their hands of the money pit Yukon. Shame on me as I had to put $$$Thousands$$$ of dollars into a truck I just bought.
I had a wonderful experience buying my SUV from jaguar Waukesha. My salesperson was Chris and he was great. No pressure, very nice people work at this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. !!!!!
Crowded parking and under construction. Pricey and did not call back as promised until I called several times. Have found new dealer for subsequent repairs.
I went their to buy a part for my car. The customer service was great. And everyone was vary helpful. Only downside i can say is parking and the entrance. u will scrape ur car if its low to ground. Bad pitch for the entrance.
Only 3 weeks after I bought the truck it had an oil leak and when the service center I took it to looked at it they also told me it had 4 blown shocks, and the brakes are bad, had a broken link and sway bar, and the ball joints and control arms where bad. They gave me a quote to have it all fixed for $7,000. As I told the repair center I just bought the vehicle they told me this vehicle would never pass a safety inspection.
Tom was great. The best salesman i've dealt with so far. I bought a used Ford Taurus SHO for 17k with 76k miles. The deal was already amazing, and the experience was even better. I would highly recommend Tom, he's relaxed and puts quite literally no pressure on you to buy the car.
