Staff worked to help us find what we needed for our new dog, gave us a nice coupon book and money saving tips.
The manager n cashier were absolutely fantastic at this store!! I got 2x more than I was hoping for because the cashier listened to what I was looking for and went out of his way to check pricing n coupons and saved me. $$$ super pleased and pleasantly surprised by the over the top customer service at this store!!!
Carrie was so friendly and helpful! She was very knowledgeable and not only was able to answer all my questions, but could relate to them as a fellow furbaby mom. LOVED IT.
Many of the reptiles are housed inappropriately- many on the wrong substantiate which can lead to impaction. Also, many of them are obviously stressed and skinny due to this. There's no reason a leopard gecko should not have a fat and healthy tail. Many of the staff members aren't knowledgeable enough on the species of animals they have and don't bother to learn. Would not recommend.
Got a decent young leopard gecko here and supplies. Perfect place for quick visits
