Company called me 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there to say they cannot come. Unfortunately having a one year old I could not drop everything and go move it myself which is why I scheduled movers!!! When I said not coming is not an option they transferred me to VM and never answered my call again. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY ... extremely unreliable!!!
They helped me with a move to Hong Kong. Everything went great. They gave detailed instructions of what I was to do, and when they showed up they did all the packing while we just watched. It was fast and efficient.
Barrett Moving & Storage was the company contracted to move our household goods from Colorado to Wisconsin in 2001. I was so impressed with their service and care shown for our property, that they were one of the companies I contacted to provide an estimate for our move from Wisconsin to Texas. While a move can be costly, we were happy with the estimate. There was a short turn-a-round in the time our home sold and the closing, but Suddath (previously Barrett) got us packed and loaded in excellent time. The delivery was as promised. Excellent service and great people to work with. Thanks, Suddath, for making our move a great experience.
