I love the wings here. Big size and lots of different sauces to choose from. Fried pickles and fish tacos are also my favorites!

I stopped in today for lunch with my girlfriend. Our last experience at a buffalo wild wings was mediocre to say the least. However after receiving a gift card for Christmas we tried to give BW3s another shot, and I must say I am glad we did. Our visit was beyond outstanding to say the least! Our hostess was extremely friendly, greeting with smiles right away, and even promptly getting the door on our way out. Our server, Dave, was extremely friendly and professional, with extremely speedy service, frequent and appropriate check ups, and from what we could see, an all around good employee keeping up with all of his tables and cleaning accordingly, even with the high volume of customers. Our food was perfect, and being the couple that has to make things complicated, that's a rarity, and we are okay with that! But today, the kitchen crew at Buffalo Wild Wings in Waukesha had their game faces on and made our food perfect to request. We gave our compliments to the location manager, an extremely friendly and professional manager with an amazing crew! 10/10 I cannot wait to see the crew there again for our next visit!
Service was absolutely awful. Food was bad as well, and when bringing an error on our order to the attention of our server, he made a stupid comment and walked away. No apology, no effort to fix. There are plenty of better restaurants in this shopping area, give them your business instead.
You go to Franchise restaurants for predictability and convenience. This particular BWW failed on both fronts when I got takeout today. First, I ordered my food and paid for it on the App. However, when I got there, they made me pay again, saying “yeah, this happens a lot when people pay online.” And then they had forgotten the ranch dressing (that they charged me for). Not impressed.
