The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is nice. The mid tier rooms are nice little studio apartment with microwave and dish washer. The location is a bit spooky at night and is not easily accessable from the main road.
Never stayed at a Home2 Suites before. I am very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Room was very nice (and very large) , breakfast was very good, and being able to bring our dog was a plus. Having a full size refrigerator, dishes, and a dishwasher was awesome! Will definitely stay here or at another Home2 Suites again!
Service was fine. The room I was checked into actually seemed like it was cleaned very quickly. The TV and mirrors were very smeary. The toilet had a stain in it and the was glass in the garbage disposal. Breakfast was okay. Nothing all that exceptional about my stay.
Very nice hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the look of hotel is clean and modern. We enjoyed the gym and the pool area. Breakfast was also very good with good options.
The hotel in general looked untidy and a bit dirty, especially the common areas (lobby, pool and fitness center). Our room had traces of food and beverages that appeared to not have been properly cleaned from the guests before. My husband reported an issue with the lights in the room that took several unanswered phone calls to the front desk. He finally ended up having to go downstairs in person to get some assistance. The staff was Ok but the manager had a nasty attitude. During the brief interaction we had with her, she was rude and completely unfriendly to us (we didn't even know she was the manager, until we complained about her attitude with someone there). Later we tried to speak to her and she was nowhere to be found ever again during the rest of our stay. Messiness and lack of responsiveness can be dealt with, but rudeness (especially coming from the manager herself!) definitely not. Completely unacceptable.
