This review is in regards to Dr. Robert Beaumont and his secretaries. I highly recommend avoiding this clinic at all costs due to unprofessionalism and issues regarding my experience. When they called to confirm my appointment they were hesitant to even see me and tried pushing me to another provider. When I told them that I'd rather see the clinic with a real practitioner, and not the VA they started getting rude. After calling off work, driving 35 minutes, paid for parking I was told the doctor already left. My appointment was at 3:30 pm, I arrived at 3:15 but due to the fact no one told me there was no parking in the area, and driving around I found a spot that charged a fee. I was inside the building at 3:27 and at the front desk at 3:29. Thank god I have the option of choosing someone else. I feel like I dodged a bullet, because after this who knows what kind of "professional" this is. I will be calling patient relations in relation to this incident.
They are always friendly and helpful.
If you don't want to read all of that in short the doctor blew my appointment off, I wasted a day of work, 30 min drive and $3.00 in parking charges. Avoid at all costs.
