Yesterday I stopped in to exchange two pairs of Lee jeans that I had gotten an RA for from Lee to return for new ones due to defective workmanship . Now my wife had tried to do this exchange in the past but there were some questions regarding what credit I would receive and if the exact style was still stocked in your store. So I went in with her this time and Brooke took care of us and she was outstanding to work with. No question about credit or style she just looked up what you had in the store, we walked over to the display and found two pair my size and we were done. Brooke exemplified what customer service should be so please make sure sure she knows what a wonderful job she did with our exchange!
Everytime I go to this store the service is horrible. Staff always seem put out if you have any questions or concerns and they have no interest in making the customer happy. I work in retail and customer service and can't imagine being pissed off just because someone asked a question or for assistance. Spend your money at the Delafield store, Ive never had a problem there.
Kohl's is one of the best stores. Their employees r the most friendly n helpful. My only complaint is they r out of stock so many times on items we intend to purchase.
Nice big store. Usually has everything you need in stock, on your first trip.
This hidden away Kohls location is generally well stocked. Customer service could be better. If you need help you're often left to figure it out on your own. Kiosks often don't work as advertised.
