The customer service was good. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. I just bought the 5 x8 Karavan galvanized trailer. I can fit full sheets of drywall on it with the rear gate on, which isn't the case for many trailers. So far so good.

Had a trailer repair done and the weld they did broke. Left two voice mails concerning it and never received a return phone call.
have called them to help trouble shoot some problems with my trailer and have always been there to help even if they don't have or carry the parts they help me find what am looking for. to me that says a lot more about a company.
