An in-house library and free financial courses (for clients) prove that Joseph and the gang are committed to educating clients of EWH for the betterment of all.
We recently moved all our accounting to EWH and couldn't be happier. We were having issues with our former accountant, who was essentially a one man band, and I figured it was time for a change. I had met Joe Hastreiter a couple of years ago and was impressed with him and his professionalism. We decided to go with EWH around the second quarter of this year. Our account needed some serious reconciliation and within a short time they had everything down to a few pennies. They asked me to purchase Quickbooks so we could track our own accounting and they provided training with a girl in their office named Julie Hermanson. She did an excellent job training me, and even though I still have more to learn, she has been very helpful and has me on the right path. EWH also assigned a CPA(Yelena Kraysman) and a bookkeeper(Mary-Ann Penaloza) to my account, so I have several people looking at my account on a monthly basis. Yelena Kraysman CPA has given me a ton of advise that I hadn't ever received to this point, and I have owned my business for over 20 years. Overall, you won't a more professional and nicer group of people to work with and they don't charge an arm and a leg. I'm hardly paying any more than I paid my old accountant and I'm getting far more service. To be honest, I can't imagine using anyone else at this point.
Went to see an accountant in March of this year. In the beginning I thought I made the A+ perfect desicion. But by May I hardly heard from my accountant. Left an email for her in beginning of June, got an auto response that she was out of the office middle of June. Emailed her again the week after she returned and got a less than respectful voicemail back. Emailed her two or three more times the following week asking for her supervisor' s telephone number and information. Have not heard anything at all sense. I'm looking elsewhere, suggest you do too.
Cindy is a gem. Her meritorious work ethic makes my job easier.
I frequently hurl challenging questions toward Jon B. and Cindy K. To their credit, they have allowed me to remain a client.
EWH is great for small businesses. Not only do they offer free classes to learn more about small business accounting for its clients, but they are always patient for those clients like myself that are not well-versed in accounting. They handle everything for me from payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting. I highly recommend!
Terrible company, calls daily and we ask to get off the list repeatedly. I would never work with a company with such unprofessional practices.
Jon is a lovable ball of energy. His quick responses are appreciated.
